Returns & refunds

30-day window
If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
- Email orders@zentiq.cloud with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and an address.
- Ship the items back at your own cost (we'll cover return shipping if the item arrived faulty or wrong).
- Once we receive the return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, request a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or wrong items
Photo evidence helps us help you fast. Include a couple of clear photos in the email and we'll either ship a replacement or issue a refund — no return needed.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, opened beauty products, and personalized items can't be returned.
